Both our families have been going to the salon for decades. We always look forward to our appointments with Ross & Mandy, like catching up w/ good friends. The staff is always friendly & helpful.
The salon also gives back to the community, which is such a plus!

My daughter has EXTREMELY thick hair that is wavy(almost curly) in some spots and straight in others making it very hard to cut correctly. Jake is amazing and has been the only stylist in 3 states that we've found that can handle it. We have left every time amazed at how gorgeous his cuts turn out. I have long somewhat thick hair and he listens to both my daughter and I very carefully, clarifying to make sure we're on the same page before starting, and I walk out with my hair looking better than I even thought it could! Bow down to the master of the cut! Lol!

I had the best best experience with Jake and the entire salon! They were so lovely and friendly to me and my puppy. They made the whole experience very friendly and fun. I got soooo lucky with my hair dresser Jake besides being absolutely adorable and fun he is a fantastic stylist. I rarely ever get my hair cut and he absolutely nailed it.
I feel very French and adorable and he cut just the right amount off!
I will never go anywhere else in Seattle and recommend this salon to all my clients.
Five five stars and very well priced.
